Unlike traditional therapy, which is spread over months, intensive sessions allow us to work deeply and focus on a specific issue in a single session, often producing significant breakthroughs in just a few hours.
What to expect
EMDR is structured, trauma-focused, and not talk therapy. Using guided eye movements and visualization, we help your brain reprocess distressing memories and resolve emotional triggers. You remain fully awake and in control at all times—this is not hypnosis.

- A brief mental review of the memory (10–15 minutes) helps set the stage—you share as much or as little as you choose
