Accelerated resolution therapy

Resolve trauma and emotional distress quickly with gentle, evidence-based therapy.

Relief starts here

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) offers a fast, effective, and compassionate way to address trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges. Unlike traditional talk therapy, ART focuses on helping your brain reprocess distressing memories so you can experience relief, clarity, and lasting change—often in just a single session.

What is accelerated resolution therapy?

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a next-generation approach that builds on the strengths of EMDR, offering a gentler and more direct process.

With ART, you don’t need to retell every painful detail of your story. Instead, we activate a memory, help your brain “rewrite” it with new sensations or images, and then reconsolidate it in a healthier way. The result: the memory remains, but the distress does not.

Many clients experience significant relief after just one session. As a Master ART Practitioner, I’ve seen people walk away with a new sense of calm, clarity, and hope—faster than they thought possible.

Why choose a 3-hour ART intensive?

A 3-hour ART intensive is ideal if you:

  • Feel stuck or overwhelmed and want faster relief
  • Prefer fewer, longer sessions over weekly therapy
  • Are you preparing for a big life transition or recovery milestone
  • Already have a therapist but want to add targeted trauma work

Most clients experience meaningful progress in just 1–3 sessions. Each session is stand-alone—no prep work or ongoing commitment is required. You can return for future sessions if needed, but it’s entirely optional.

A path forward

Take the next step toward relief

You don’t have to relive every painful memory to heal. A 3-hour ART intensive helps your brain reprocess distressing experiences so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more in control—often after just one session.
