Healing Is Possible — Find calm, clarity, and resilience through EMDR, ART, and personalized guidance.
There’s a way forward
Whether you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or simply wanting to strengthen your resilience, therapy can give you the tools and support to move forward.
Living with anxiety, PTSD, or perfectionism can feel exhausting. You may worry that healing will take years—or that nothing will ever work. I want you to know: lasting change is possible.
That’s why I specialize in two of the most effective trauma therapies available today: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). These approaches provide powerful tools for creating real, lasting change.
Ways I can help you
- Heal from past wounds – Overcome trauma and move toward a fulfilling life.
- Reduce symptoms of PTSD or C-PTSD – Manage triggers, flashbacks, and intrusive thoughts by calming the reactivity of your body.
- Find peace and connection – Develop healthy coping skills and strengthen your relationships.
- Discover your strengths – Quiet self-doubt, identify your values, and create the life you want.
Therapy formats
You can work with me in two ways:
- Weekly therapy sessions – Ongoing support to create lasting change.
- EMDR/ART intensive therapy – 2–3 hour sessions for deeper, focused progress.

Intensive therapy sessions
Transformative growth in just one day
Accelerate your healing with 3-hour, in-person EMDR/ART intensive sessions. These are designed for deep, targeted work to neutralize trauma, anxiety, and stuck patterns quickly. Many clients experience significant relief after just one session. Once one issue is resolved, additional areas can be explored in future intensives.
EMDR intensive
What it is:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, trauma-focused method that uses guided eye movements and visualization to help your brain reprocess distressing memories and resolve emotional triggers.
How it works:
- You stay fully awake and in control—this is not hypnosis
- No need to tell your whole story
- No homework
- A brief mental review of the memory (10–15 minutes) sets the stage
- Guided eye movements and visualization help your brain replace distressing images with ones that feel calm, safe, or empowering
The facts of your memories remain intact, but the emotional pain attached to them is neutralized.
ART intensive
What it is:
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) builds on EMDR’s principles but offers a gentler, more direct approach. It allows your brain to resolve distress without retelling the full details of painful memories.
Why choose ART:
- You feel stuck or overwhelmed and want faster relief
- You prefer fewer, longer sessions over weekly therapy
- You’re preparing for a big life transition or recovery milestone
- You already have a therapist, but want targeted trauma work
Most clients experience meaningful progress in 1–3 stand-alone sessions. Each session requires no prep work or ongoing commitment, and you can return for additional sessions as needed.
Key benefits of EMDR/ART intensives
- Reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, panic, and shame
- Requires little talking—ideal if retelling your story feels exhausting
- Give you back control over your emotional responses
- Help you feel lighter, clearer, and more resilient
- Backed by research and clinical success with trauma survivors, first responders, and more
